These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 55bme governing your use of our platform, games, promotions, and payment services. Please read them carefully before using any part of 55bme.

All 55bme accounts are restricted to players aged 21 and above. This is a non-negotiable PAGCOR requirement. Providing false age information is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.
Each player may hold only one 55bme account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of device, email, or payment method used — result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances.
55bme operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All games are independently tested. PAGCOR's rules and guidelines take precedence in any matter of regulatory compliance.
All 55bme transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits, bets, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PHP. 55bme does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency.
Accepting any bonus or promotional offer at 55bme constitutes acceptance of the specific bonus terms attached to that offer, including wagering requirements, expiry periods, and eligible game restrictions. Abuse of bonus terms will result in bonus forfeiture.
55bme provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools. 55bme reserves the right to enforce limits or restrictions on accounts that display signs of problem gambling.

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 55bme platform — including the website at 55bme.org, any associated mobile applications, games, features, or services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotional or bonus terms that may apply to particular offers.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 55bme ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements of any kind.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 55bme platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of 55bme following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 55bme, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which your account remains active:
Age Verification: 55bme verifies player age at registration and again during KYC. Any Player found to have misrepresented their age will have their account immediately and permanently closed. All funds in the account at the time of closure, including any deposits and winnings, shall be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gambling enforcement guidelines.
To access the games and services on 55bme, you must create a player account by completing the registration process at 55bme.org/55bme-login. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
4.1 One Account PolicyEach Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 55bme platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 55bme employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
4.2 Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 55bme will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you notify 55bme immediately upon becoming aware of unauthorized access.
4.3 KYC VerificationPrior to processing any withdrawal, 55bme is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify your identity. This process requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and a selfie photograph. KYC verification is also required upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Recommendation: Complete your KYC verification immediately after registration — before making any deposits. This ensures your first withdrawal processes without delay and your account is fully activated under PAGCOR compliance requirements.
55bme accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 55bme's discretion with prior notice to Players.
5.1 Deposit Conditions55bme is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and all associated PAGCOR AML guidelines. 55bme monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and will report any transactions that meet the relevant thresholds or display indicators of money laundering to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players may be required to provide documentation regarding the source of funds for large deposits.
Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to the same payment method used for deposit, except where 55bme's payment team determines an alternative method is appropriate following KYC review.
55bme offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions in this section.
7.1 General Bonus Conditions55bme actively monitors accounts for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through coordinated betting patterns, low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine play, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. 55bme reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
All games available on the 55bme platform — including live dealer casino games, slot games, bingo, RNG table games, and game shows — are operated and certified by their respective game studios and software providers, all of whom maintain independent game fairness certifications as required by PAGCOR.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bme platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55bme platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works of any 55bme content without express prior written consent from 55bme.
Game assets, graphics, and software are owned by the respective game studios and providers and are licensed to 55bme for use on the platform. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of game content may constitute infringement of the applicable provider's intellectual property rights.

11.1 Available Tools55bme strictly enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum age of 21 years for all gambling participation. 55bme will not knowingly allow any person under 21 to access or use the platform. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 55bme's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter for which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability under Philippine law.
The 55bme platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55bme makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
55bme collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). The collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering and using the 55bme platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, AMLA compliance, payment processing, customer support, and where separately consented, direct marketing communications.

55bme reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML verification requirements. Accounts terminated due to fraud, Terms breach, or PAGCOR direction may have their balances forfeited.
14.1 Voluntary ClosurePlayers who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 55bme customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved. Real-money balance remaining after resolution of any active bonus obligations will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the 55bme platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and 55bme shall first be referred to 55bme's customer support team for informal resolution. We are committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. The majority of disputes — including those related to game outcomes, payments, bonus terms, and account issues — can be resolved through our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally through customer support, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution process. PAGCOR, as the regulating authority, provides a dispute resolution mechanism for players with unresolved complaints against PAGCOR-licensed operators. 55bme will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated dispute review.
Any formal legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
55bme reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the 55bme website prior to the changes taking effect.
Non-material changes — including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior individual notice, though the updated Terms will always be accessible on the 55bme website with the revised effective date noted in the header of this document.
Your continued use of the 55bme platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
